Congratulations to fifth grader Adelyn Newton for winning first place in the American Association of Christian School’s Creative Writing Contest. This year’s theme was forgetfulness. Adelyn’s short story, entitled “Greta’s Lesson” was selected as the South Carolina state winner and has been forwarded to the national competition.
