Serving and working in the community
As part of its mission as a Christian school to encourage Christlikeness in the lives of its students, the Academy provides ministry opportunities to encourage students to be involved in the Greenville community and serve others as a means of sharing the Gospel.
Examples of recent community engagement experiences
- Giving Chapel: school supplies, toys and books for needy students and ministries
- Annual Greenville Festival of Trees
- Senior ministry trips to Anchorage Camp (Lake Waccamaw, NC), Mexico, and Greenville
- Nation’s Protectors thank you parade
- Rescue Mission ministry
- Serving at local non-profit organizations such as Miracle Hill Ministries, Front Porch Housing, Hidden Treasure Christian School, Front Porch Housing, and The Children’s Museum of the Upstate
