Fifteen young men in eleventh and twelfth grades participated in the annual Bob Jones Academy preaching contest. Six ninth- and tenth-graders also preached in a junior division. They were judged in their 8-minute sermons by Mr. Brandon Autry, Dr. Bud Bierman, Mr. Jay Cross, Rev. Ray Hansel, Mr. Larry Hunt, Rev. Chris Lynch, Mr. Chris Pennington and Mr. Andrew Snavely.
The following upperclassmen finalists preached in the second round: Micah Chetta, Luke Hall, Ryan McCarty, Micah Pretlove and Chris Zukowski.
The overall winners were Caleb Miller in the junior division and Micah Chetta in the senior division. Congratulations to all who entered the contest this year!!!
