Recently Officer Jones came to visit each of the K5 classes. He shared a firsthand account of how he trusts in God for protection each day as he seeks to provide protection for the community of Traveler’s Rest. The children enjoyed looking at all his special equipment and his car. Before he departed he challenged the boys and girls to pray for the community helpers that God has given them. Every time they see the lights flashing or hear the siren blaring they can stop and ask God to help protect the community helpers and enable them to do their job quickly and carefully.
