🥇 Senior Macon Smith — Varsity Lincoln Douglas Debate State Champion (4-0) 🥇 Seniors Carson Baugham & Junior Micah Ericson — Public Forum Team State Champions (4-0) 💪 Sophomores Leona Francis & Eliza Edwards also went undefeated (4-0) in Public Forum!
Middle School success: 🥈 Adonis Francis — State Runner-up in Impromptu Speaking 🥈 Indy Pruitt — State Runner-up in Prose Reading 👏 9 Middle School State Finalists
Our high school team earned 21 final round placements and was named Champion 1-A School and 2nd Overall in the State!

Recently, Mrs. Nicholas and Miss Buiter helped celebrate Miss Markham’s 102nd birthday. But their visit was more than a celebration. It was a reminder that a teacher’s impact lasts well beyond the classroom.
A former student shared how Miss Markham’s handwritten notes and steady encouragement shaped her life during her time in Miss Markham’s class and continued even after graduation while this student was pursuing her own education degree in college. The investment didn’t stop at the classroom door. The notes kept coming. The prayers continued.
